Jordan Wellness

The Statewide Health Improvement Program (SHIP) aims to help Minnesotans live longer, healthier lives. As a SHIP grant recipient, our district-wide focus lies in several areas of nutrition and physical activity. Our “Healthy Schools Grant” focuses on school gardens – both inside and outside. Our “Active Schools Grant” focuses on safe routes to school for walkers and bikers, inline skating, and a future disc golf course that can be used by our students and community.

Schools need your updated contact information in the event of illness or injury at school. If you need to update this information, please call your child's school as soon as possible. You can also submit a "request for change" in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
